How does shipping work?

Once you complete your order, your items will be packed and sent within 3 working days unless notified otherwise.

 

When will my order arrive?

The shipping times vary depending on your country. If you are ordering from Switzerland, it usually takes up to 2 working days after the package is sent to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe, it takes about 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the package. When you place your items in the cart and proceed to checkout, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on these two variables.

Please note that import fees may apply for orders outside Switzerland. Customs and import fees are determined once the parcel reaches your country. Quema Studio is not responsible for any additional charges regarding import fees.

Once the parcel leaves us, we have no control over canceling the order. Furthermore, delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Please note that this is beyond our control.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Yes! If you happen to be in Bern, you can come and collect your order, please get in contact before you stop by.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

So sorry to hear that! Please send us an email to ana@quema.studio and tell us more about it; the more details you provide to us, the better. Please, take a photo of your damaged item and attach it to your email. If the box containing your item is also damaged, please take a photo of it, and send it to us. Please, do not forget to include your order number. If that is the case, we will work towards finding a better solution for shipping our products. After we receive your email, we will offer you a new item or refund your money (with the shipping costs) within 2 weeks.
